I can't seem to find a Vocabulary in Context Level 3 book anywhere.
Is it being discontinued?

I bought the level 4 book.
I'd say there's not much difference in the difficulty from level 2 to level 4. I don't think it matters what order the books are completed.
I'll still buy the level 3 if it comes back in stock and go for it after level 4
