Two questions...!

I believe I read somewhere else on the site that HIKNOS type questions are used only in Bucks and not elsewhere for NFER )- is this correct

For areas ( my own is Richmond, where our (only) local grammars are tiffin boys & girls) the school states that the tests are not commercially available, and nor are past papaers avaialble. As there is a proliferation of tutors locally preparing for the exam - where do they get info on the contents and questions types in order to tutor in the correct types? ( I beleive Mike recently posted that he had never seen a real paper?)
